I get this error message when I try make in the bindings/perl.

What is the difference between bindings/perl and bindings/swig? Both

How can I get this source directory thing? I mainly am here on this list
helping to test the programs as a (programming knowledgeable) user could
do with my computer system. I do appreciate all of the help.
