I'll sign off on 1.5.4. It looks good to me. InstallMgr works great in
passive & active modes behind the MSProxy here. Weblinking & z+Cipher
work well too, so far as I can see.

We use Codepage 1252, which is really the default whenever Encoding=UTF-8
is not specified. Unicode is a superset of ISO-8859-1, but UTF-8
