I don't know how to
install localized fonts with IE. I got mine installed by installing extra
language packs in the Win2000 Regional Options control
panel.
Maybe Troy recalls
how he got Chinese support installed on Windows 98.

I agree, and would add Strongs and a commentary. But I wouldn't give only that option.
People would have the option of downloading only the program, or the bundled package.
