Dear Jörn, did you consider using Wave Field Synthesis? WFS has no problems with irregular setups, as far as no large gaps (due to doors etc.) are in the array. And it fully supports model-based rendering, which means that you can easily generate loudspeaker feeds for virtual sources at arbitra

Dear Ralf, the port to OS X is on our roadmap and currently work in progress. I already had a older version of the SSR running on OS X (w/o the GUI) and that port was quite straighforward since JACK is also available for OS X. Hopefully I will be able to finish the port in some weeks... greet
