You need to be a little careful. A trusted assistant is amost essential. I did it on my own as I can't get my wife to do such things.. Alginate is probably the safest material. I used a version of Nathan Galliardo's method for the ears. Alginate, plaster, silicone, whatever: https://gallardoso
