APL Virtuoso is a great app that’s just starting out. You can’t define
rooms but they have some options. Good osc headtracking input.

You can using AmbiX encoder or equivalent to place front L/R and back L/R.

Have done so with Gallo Nucleas on light stands. Easy to mount but bit full
