I recall once seeing what i think was an eight channel board with quad
joysticks on each channel ... in the road case it was around 3’x4’x18” and
weighed 2-300 lbs... sold for cheap... couldn’t bring myself to buy it and
carry it around...
Otherwise I’d recommend getting a heavy duty joystick
time before that changes.
There may be some short term issues with lead times while Richard gets
things set back up, talk to Rhode for details on that.
Regards, Dan.

age, and clients typically think we are listening to the
larger speakers they are set upon. Though I doubt I would've mentioned them in
a conversation which included Dayton and Labtec... I haven't yet been able to
afford 3 more, let alone a dozen or more!

Speaking of CDs, does anyone know of a player which can playback the 4-channel
12-bit specification from the Red Book?

Has anyone here used this mic and what are your thoughts on it?

It is standard practice to have 0db attenuation on the amplifiers driving a
PA system. Level control will be done on the DSP managing the speakers. In a
system with multiple amplifiers, driving different components, this is the
only way to adjust the overall level accurately and quickly.

Hi All
I have been advised that the Soundfield SPS422 preamp can be modified
relatively easily to add b-format outputs.
Has anyone here carried out this mod? I would be very interested to hear
from anyone that has any advice on the subject.

be a relatively easy job to modify the soundfield preamp and fit
the b-format outputs into the chassis?
Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm very interested in trying out some HOA IR's, the only verb I have
used so far is Daniel Courvilles B2Verb. It would be nice to try a different
approach. Are these IR's publicly available?
All the best.

Has anyone done any A/B comparisons of the Brahma with other mics such as
the tetra mic and the STS200?
I'd love to hear the results of a 'soundfield' mic shootout.

I just checked his site (vvaudio.com) from my Austin location and all appears
to be working well,
including a successful download of VVMic which seems (without reinstalling it)
to be the same
.msi file I previously have in my downloads folder. Must be other grimlins
about.
Cheers,
Dan
