Eivind, I tried your suggestion to improve 'scfb' resolution with my AMD
graphics card and it's like magic. I didn't even have a /boot/loader.conf file,
but added one and rebooted and the non-X screen seems much clearer and the
X-window now has the resolution I am used to. Thank you. Mike
