install and configure kamailio on a godaddy load-balanced cloud server and
create a vpn with the customer site.
the objective is to use the customer's sip provider, which requires a
static ip address, with a dhcp connection.

well, i have received several offers to do what i am looking for, not all
at my asking price, which you think is too low.
maybe some kamailio users don't consider themselves developers, but are
still interested in trying
