with integrated XCAP and resource lists.
The clients I am using to test are: Jitsi and Boghe.

Yes my configuration file at the moment looks the same as the one
here. It does work with Jitsi. But this one is missing resource lists.
I am going to add support for that module and see if it works.
Also have you tried using boghe. It doesn't seem to work with that.
