I use this cfg for this module
modparam("xhttp_rpc", "xhttp_rpc_root", "http_rpc")
then I try to restart dispatcher from http
http://10.0.1.12:8080/http_rpc/dispatcher/dispatcher.reload?arg=dispatcher.reload
but nothing going on. Dispatcher not reloading

do you refer to xmlrpc or xhttp_rpc? html-rpc is not something I could
relate to something in Kamailio ...
