As you told me to add the uac_replace_from() in configuration file.
But i am unable to set the code at right place.
Can you please tell me the right block to place the code and is necessary
to upload uac modlue using loadmodule "uac.so"?

uac_replace_from() has to be used in kamailio configuration file,
respectively kamailio.cfg when using its default name.

Look at uac_replace_from() from uac module. Then sqlops module can be used
for loadin values from database.
