was kamailio running? db_text keeps the records in memory and writes to
file at shutdown of kamailio.

I then add user through "./kamctrl add user1 user1"
It seems to have added the user because when I do the show './kamctl show
user1' command it displays
[1, ' user1', '10.1.1.1', ' u
