I assume that audio port 21064 and video port 23134 which is between 2 to
3 right?
In anycase i tried to login using internal ip address and the voice and audio
is also not connected

It does look like it's within the range. I would generally ensure that
your firewall is forwarding the ports.

The rtp forwarding should be just udp. For the sip, that's up to how
you're making the connections.
