a short reminder about the fact that in one week (Mon, Aug 22, 2011) we
will freeze the development for a new major release v3.2.0. If any
developer wants something in this release, be sure it will get in the
GIT master branch by next Monday.

happen sometime by end of September, therefore we should freeze the
