you have to look at upgrade guidelines from your old version (3.1) to
the new one (4.1):

The database structure of kamailio has changed, you must get the one for
version 4.1.

after upgrading Siremis from 3.1 to 4.1 he starts report SQL errors on
more places. But most annoying is error in domain list.
