Hello,
creating the new account has to be done by some tool (e.g., kamctl),
kamailio is not creating accounts itself. At that moment, sipsak/sipp or
other tools can be used to send a sip message -- kamctl can send also
sip messages via mi/rpc command relying on tm module.

l would like to send a SIP message (NOTIFY for example) to a specific user
when a new account is created in the kamailio database.
Is it possible to do that?
