To exclude various possibilities, can you do a call between two web
browsers? That will ensure that at least signaling is routed ok and the
investigation must be oriented towards the client application.

look at the sip trace on server to see if the SIP packets are going
between the devices. I don't know the imsdroid, does is support srtp as
per webrtc requirements?
