Is there any reason the CentOS 6 RPMs don't build utils.so or
http_client.so?
Looking back to 4.3 it appears it was being built:
kamailio-utils-4.3.6-1.1.x86_64.rpm
However it is no longer available in 4.4 nor 5.0 RPMs for either CentOS
6 or 7.
