After i separete kamailio2 and asterisk ips , Bye looping is solved.
domain was defined like below with any port number on domain table. and
register_myself is disabled.
domain_attr is empty.
# id, domain, did, last_modified
'1', '192.168.200.2', '1', '2016-03-10 12:18:00'

there is only kamailio2-asterisk-ip in domain table.
i will try separate kamailio2 and asterisk interface and follow the results.

what IP addresses you have in the domain module database table? Is uacip
among them?
