It works !!
"a" flag in rtpproxy_manage() solve it.
I can see that similar ports are used in flow, but seems like "a" flag
instructs the rtpproxy or kamailio to listen properly.

You can use radius to do the account. Its generate records when Invite
and Bye messages are sent.
But ( I guess) you have not the duration, you need to calculate using
the records mentioned.
You have to load the module "acc_radius.so"
