Given a proper FastAGI enabled application, one could also add in an
additional remote access method (xml-rpc? XMPP? etc) that Kamailio could
also utilize as necessary.

Note: if you want to forward CANCEL stateless, you also have to

Can you provide an example? I am not immediately finding a stateless
way to send a CANCEL.
