Thanks Federico,
That's very clear. I will try your suggestions to see if I can get it
working. I am using AWS SNS for notifications, so I have the script to do
the actual push working on it's own already.

is very aggressive about killing background applications so it's likely as

Have you looked into Homer? It can capture RTCP. I have not used it in
conjunction with rtpproxy but it has been indispensable for me nonetheless.

Yes, I recall when I initially read about SSTs, many people reported they
had difficulty getting them to function properly. So far it looks like I
will not have to implement any proxy-side measures.

Would you mind expanding on endpoint defense? Specifically with mobile
client applications? I agree this would be the ideal solution, I'm just not
sure where to start here.

You might want to play with the mem argument that you see with ps aux so

If I receive a destination of j...@10.10.10.3:5060
And I call dst_select_domain()
it will rewrite it as j...@10.10.10.1:5060
If I call dst_select_dst()
it will send j...@10.10.10.3:5060 to the IP 10.10.10.1
Is this correct?
ects an appropriate uri, but doesn't put it the
contact for the redirect.
Is there anyway to see what was set by the ds_select_dst? what pv
would have this value?
What do I need to set prior to sending a redirect reply for it to be
properly forwarded?
BTW: using Kamailio 3.0.1
