SOLVED:Thank You All.
The problem was that the default traffic-control-role.cfg containes several
syntactic mistakes? like missing ')'
Another misterious thing:
route[TRAFFIC_FILTER] causes error
I changed the name of the route to TRAFFIC_FILTER_DOMAIN and the error
disappered.

if you don't have a trusted certificate, then browse first to
https://kamailioip:5061 (or your wss port) and accept the certificate.
If not working, maybe we can figure out what is the issue if you post
the logs with debug=3 here.

route invokes somewhere but there is no route about it.
