Yes, you’re absolutely right.
It turned out that the Asterisk has this uncommon way of handling ACL.
Asterisk assumes “permit”, then runs down the ACL, and changes the status to
either “deny” or “permit” based on each matching trunk entry, but the last
matching entry of ACL determines the final

Could you handle three more people: Adrien and Guillaume from ring.cx

hello all
i'm facing some weird log from kamailio (i think they are weird) when
using sip tcp in the caller side and udp in the callee side.
seems like the tcp socket is active in the caller side and the call is
connected, since the invite transaction completes.
After that, if we receive an in-di
Hello,
so it seems we may get to be like 20 people. Anyone here that can
suggest a decent place in Brussels with food and drinks that can
accommodate such group?
Cheers,
Daniel

Hello,
still not clear here -- is it like you have ACK in acc table but you
don't have the associated INVITE?
Cheers,
Daniel

Daniel

Hi there,
I'm trying to install this rpm for my RHEL 5 box, but it asks for
mysql-libs; but RHEL 5 isn't shipped with mysql-lib,
only mysql55-mysql-libs, which kamailio-mysql doesn't recognize as a valid
dependency.
Any workaround here? Thanks!

Hello Daniel;
When i think again , it is a stupid idea. i tried to explain , if it is
accounting for subscribers credits from ACC records and cant record in mysql
or cant send records on radius , that means cannot accounting so that
accounting leak.
When i think again , if we cannot process INVITE
Hello,
in order to provide some hints, first we need to see the signaling
messages passing through the server in order to check if appropriate
headers are set and they have the right value. You can gtab it on sip
server using:
ngrep -d any -qt -W byline "sip" port 5060

Thanks everyone, works like a charm!

OK, thanks for confirming with the docs, I was not sure about it
anymore, although I wrote is_myself() function for config (too many
functions to remember by heart, that's why I do open source, to check
the code :-) ) -- knowing that works always with a sip address, I just
wanted to point and try w
according to docs it takes IP as well:
*uri* - Valid SIP URI or IP address to check against the list of local IP
addresses or domains.
In my instance it works with domain only (version 4.2 checked)

Hello,
parameters in the Via header have nothing to do with authentication. It
seems that the key log messages are in Asterisk:

Rejecting '10.0.1.30' due to a failure to pass ACL '(BASELINE)'
