xcap server is like a file manager for xml documents - the contacts have
to be in an xml document which is stored in xcap database table. The
clients with do a HTTP GET with the path of the document (which is
stored in a column of xcap table) and kamailio will sent it to it.

integrate Kamailio with a system that does the provisioning though. Each

iirc, there has to be a subscription for each event. Not sure it was
amended by new RFC documents. Perhaps the best is to check with RFC 4662
and/or RFC 4826 (they are indicated by RLS module README).
Have you tried with two subscriptions, one for each event?
