Using Kamailio 4.1.
I'm having some problems with the Max-Forwards header being decremented by
almost 50 when Kamailio relays the INVITE to the next hop.
The INVITE is received by Kamailio with the value of 65, but when sent to the
next hop it has the value of 16.
