Hello Dominic, I think the UAC module should help you - http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/stable/modules_k/uac.html You should check first that your upstream provider allows you to pass caller ID - if not, they'll just replace/remove it anyway. Out of interest, what PBX do you have that does not
