What was the version you started with in order to upgrade?
I guess the format changed when rtpproxy socket got support for

Are you calling msg apply changes after record_route()? Try to do
record_route() after since it tries to discover the outgoing local
interface which might not be set at that point.
Btw, is Kamailio bridging between two networks?
The output with '-E -ddd' will be helpful anyhow.
