Hello,
Kamailio SIP Server v3.1.1 is released.
This is a maintenance release of latest stable branch, 3.1, that
includes fixes since release of v3.1.0. There is no change to database
or configuration file required to upgrade to 3.1.1 from 3.1.0 version.
If you run v3.1.0 from tarball or packa
Hi,
I've installed a new instance of Kamailio 3.1 without prb and it works fine.
However, in order to activate siptrace, I've added the following lines in
the config file,
loadmodule "siptrace.so"
modparam("siptrace","db_url", DBURL)
modparam("siptrace","table","sip_trace")
modparam("siptrace","
Hello,
We are running Kamailio 1.5.
I'm trying to use the forward() function with a variable like this:
forward($shv(voip1-edge1));
That fails to parse.
I then tried this, which I thought would fail:
forward("$shv(voip1-edge1)");
That parsed correctly, but it then failed to resolve the
Hello!
I went through your letters and start as following:

r...@ubuntu:/home/yeti/rtpproxy# /etc/init.d/kamailio restart
Restarting kamailio: kamailioloading modules under
/usr/local/lib/kamailio/modules_k/:/usr/local/lib/kamailio/modules/
Oh so sorry, I am using kamailio in one of our production servers and was
testing opensip with another :)

Run top for all processes and also run: vmstat 2
That will give you a global view of your system.
As you can see the proxy is not using a lot of cpu.
BTW, this is the wrong mailing list as it seems that you are running
opensips and not kamailio.

There was a limit...in how well I had done my job in kamailio.cfg. I
had sent it to a failure_route that does not exist within the failure
route. Klaus let me to the solution - thanks!

Hi!
So if you say it is possible to solve the problem with the only
location table, the location_inet4 and location_inet6 is not
certainly necessary... do I _have to_ use the 4to6.cfg file from the
source of kamailio, or not?

Hello.
I have Kamailio ( K in further ) and 2x Asterisk boxes ( A1 and A2 in
further ) configured, so UAC registers at K and when it sends a call,
it's routed to A1 or A2, balanced.
The problem is, that I cannot find how to authorize INVITE requests, so
unregistered UAC could not send INVITE requ

Is the flag "f" of any actual use in force_rtp_proxy, rtp_proxy_offer
and rtpproxy_answer?
With an upstream proxy the lack of "f" causes problems. Does some
problem occur when it is used without an upstream proxy?
Thanks
