Dears,
Finally we found the issue as we are running squid on RHEL 7
Service dnsmasq was stopped
We just start it and everything worked fine !

I used the same configuration as this URL

But unfortunately when it comes to resolve the apple APN gateway it failed and
return 503 service unavailable
Any hope to solve it please?
