It seems they decided to patch the 4.6 they have in Debian Buster.
There is no update on my Debian bug regarding promoting 4.12 to
buster-backports.

Doing an “apt update” on the squid machine got another TCP_MISS_ABORTED for ::1
and then subsequent IPv4 requests from other Pis get the TCP_REQUEST_UNMODIFIED.

Not sure if the Debian maintainers get included in the announcements or not. Do
you have any contact with them? I have emailed Luigi previously to see if they
could update Sid/Stretch as it's still on 3.5.19. Maybe you would have better
luck or another contact.
