to do it was squid + ufdbguard

I'm deploying Squid in a container and the environment is fairly locked
down. No CAP_NET_RAW or CAP_NET_ADMIN. Dropping of CAP_SETUID and
CAP_SETGID. Has anyone created a replacement that uses some other
mechanism? Is the ipc Squid and pinger documented?
