We have been developing SRv6 compressed SID for our SONiC-based routers for
last 2 years and have a large deployment in Alibaba's production network now.
I think this draft mature and completed enough to become a standard.

I support the WG adoption of the two documents.
CSID has one dataplane with 2 flavors, and quite a few inter-op tests are
done to verify the design and quite a few vendors/ASIC have implemented CSID.
So I think it's right time to proceed with these two documents.

I support the adoption of this draft.
Both next and replace flavors are consistent with the SRv6 network
programming(RFC 8986)and uses SRH based data plane(RFC 8754), therefore I don't
consider these two flavors are two solutions but flexibilities for different
scenarios.
