Yes. For commercial purposes , the license will cause lots of problems.

out of curiosity - what purpose would such rewrite serve? If is is Mac
OS X port, then there is probably easier way: resume work on spice-gtk
port where it stopped last year:

I have got the idea for long time. Rewrite spice by Object-C, not only
for interesting, but some economic interests. Any Volunteers ? I've heard
lots of suggestions about this on the googles.
