I have looked over these 3 patches and see nothing jumping out at me.
Other than the user using IE10 that is.

This set of patches allows spice-html5 to work with IE10. The main problem
with IE10
is the lack of dynamic cursor support (a data: uri is not allowed in a cursor
in IE).
