our tests shows us a video performance degradation with spice 0.12.5
compare to spice 0.12.4.
( cpu comsumption and video frame rates)
guest : windows seven , firefox youtube fullscreen
qemu 2.0.0
spice 0.12.5
spice-gtk 0.25
