When spicy can use opengl to accelerate rendering, I find that gl_canvas.c
still uses pixman. and it seems that spicec supports opengl.
My question is whether spicec will be more smoothly than spicy in graphic
performance when using opengl? And does it recommend to

redhat target is for rhel 7.1, and this is vadim from redhat which is doing the
driver (not the spice team)

wnd_proc() is called during ChangeDisplaySettings(), when handling
monitors config. However, calling get_displays() will overwrite the
desired config.
