Hey,
I want to add BNBL (bl.blueshore.net) to my DNSBL checks in SpamAssassin,
can I just add something like this to 20_dnsbl_tests.cf
header RCVD_IN_BNBLeval:check_rbl('bnbl', 'bl.blueshore.net.')
describe RCVD_IN_BNBL Received via a relay in bl.blueshore.net
tflags RCVD_IN_
Hi,
I believe this is an FAQ. But, basically, it rounds that number to one
decimal place. So, if your score was really 4.978, it would list 4 stars,
be below the 5.0 threshold, but round to 5.0 on the "hits" indicator.
Hope that helps,
Richard

I don't delete them either. What happens on our setup, is that anything
that scores over 5.0 gets moved to an automatic SPAM queue, where are users
can go to check which messages were caught, and choose to send them to their

In postfix, you can specify local_destination_concurrency_limit and
default_destination_concurrency_limit, which will control how many are
delivered to spamd at any given time. I am using a setup by which I'm
specifying the content
her nicely, and our users seem to like it :-)

I attended a seminar yesterday
Just, FYI, it took be a while to install SpamAssassin. In PostFix, I had to
make changes to master.cf, then integrate it with my spamqueue thing, but I
guess it was all that customization that took the time. The actual install
went pretty quickly. I would say about 30 minutes just installing it,
I've found it helpful to use the following rule, which tends not to have too
many false negatives actually:
# Take off points for possible mailing lists

Hi,
So, do I still need the 'bl', 'bl.blueshore.net'.'? Or, can I just leave
that out?
Thanks,
