[SAtalk] Local rules apparently not working

Title: Message Hi -   Apologies for what is probably an awful newbie blunder, but...   I have installed MailScanner with SpamAssassin (no spamd) on RedHat Linux, and now I'm trying to get some local rules going, so I edited /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf to contain lines like the following
