I figured this out
needed to allow udp port 6277 through firewall
just thought you might want to know
had the same problem with pyzor, needed to add 24442
did not have this probelm with razor2 since it starts with a ping
...

Can you run DCC from the commandline without error? It looks like a
DCC issue, not something with SA.
