I use qmail-scanner, because it gives you the option of virus scanning as
well, but there are probably more efficient/elegant ways of doing this
now. In short, you'll want to install in this order:
qmail (Maildir)
maildrop (or a procmail that understands Maildir)
qmail-queue patch (see qmail-sca
