I tried to do an "install DB_File" and got an error. It say:

I would think RH8 either already installed it for you (rpm -q
perl-DB_File), or you could grab the RPM.

I had the same problem until I went and set it to /var/mail/caughtspam
instead of just caughtspam.
Then it worked.
