on 3248 emails out of 4365 quarantined => a good 74%

DCC is working fine for me. I have three spams out of eight that arrived
in the last 30 minutes that have a DCC match.

Well I just cleaned out my probably-spam folder a few minutes ago, but out
of 23 in there now, 13 hit DCC_CHECK
