SA is working fine using rules in local.cf. (I'm running spamd/spamc) However, if I put a user_prefs in a users ~/.spamassassin it has no effect. For testing I reduced the required_hits and added some whitelist_from lines. I have added allow_user_rules 1 to my local.cf and restarted spamd (mul
