If you don't want all the attachment scanning and just want the SA
checks, spamass-milter has been working for years with our ins
you probalby don't really want to run it with sendmail but with
procmail. which is the easiest and fastest way.
but if you really want to then i suggest running sendmail with "amavisd
new" (www.amavis.org) which has virus scanning and/or attachment
blocking as well.

What method of calling SpamAssassin from sendmail did you set up? procmail?
mime-defang? milter? mailscanner? (and lots of others)

I am having some trouble getting Spamassassin to install on our Sendmail
Server (HPUX 10:20)
I've installed Perl and all the necessary components, then tried installing
Spamassassin - this then asks for other components - which are now
installed.
