I am using SA site-wide. I am starting spamd with:
/usr/bin/spamd -D -c -a -u stopspam
I am getting this output after upgrading to 2.60:
debug: using "/tmp/spamd-28791-init/.spamassassin" for user state dir
debug: bayes: no dbs present, cannot scan:
/tmp/spamd-28791-init/.spamassassin/bayes_tok

The debug output is from the initial compilation run and can be ignored.
As long as the next message you push through uses the right path.
