That means that there aren't enough strong ham/spam tokens to make a
good determination about what the message is.

I am using qmail-scanner along with spamassasin. When I do the above
command (spamassassin -D --lint) I get a message that says bayes has 246
SPAM and 206 HAM. Then it proceeds to say that bayes database is not
initialized yet.
Couple questions, does qmail-scanner uses spamassasin or spam
