Yahoogroups subscriptions, so that must have been where the spammer got

I am a new user of SA and let me say it is excellent! I am receiveing a
small fraction of the spam that is aimed at me now.
One that is sneaking through uses a pattern which I would like to add to
SA but Im not sure how. Could someone could point me to documentation for
building rules
