I'm getting the same kind of spam passing through my own SA setup. It
appears that when those random words appear at the end of the email, the
spammer can place any kind of text at the top, which would be normally
rejected by SA's default rules.

The spammer sends a mostly non-obfuscated email, and then in some hidden
section (either white on white text, or whatever) sends pages and pages of
random English words (or lately, random prose) separated
